We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $150 for standard Ground delivery (Lower 48 US only). This will automatically calculate for you at checkout. Offer valid for online customers only.

Look, shipping these days is expensive but we do everything we can to minimize your costs but remember that neon signs are packed with Styrofoam and peanuts and packed inside a custom box to fit your neon sign perfectly. We then place that inside another box protected by Styrofoam corners. The weight on most signs are 35-40lbs and considered over sized which makes the cost to ship a neon sign somewhere between 50-65 bucks. So we pretty much eat the cost of shipping on each and every sign. When we say we have rock bottom prices...we are not kidding.

Important Note:

  • Open your Neon Sign within 24 hours or in front of the delivery driver if possible.
  • Notify us immediately of any problems so we can address them quickly.
  • Claims for breakage MUST be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Policy


Our shipping methods include Ground delivery for most shipping within the United States. Because of the nature of our product, we CANNOT rush ship via Air (which includes 2nd or 3rd day or overnight delivery) because any warranties or breakage that may occur during transit will not be covered.

All our products are shipped anywhere in the US and Canada. Our corporate and sales office is located in FL but our manufacturing facilities are located in TX,MD,CA and China.

Shipping Methods
USA Ground - 6 to 10 Business Days (Beer and Sport signs may take 12-15 days)
CANADA Ground - 10 to 14 Business Days (Beer and Sport signs may take 15-18 days) Customer pays all custom and duty fees

Return Policy - All Sales Final


Due to the nature of the product, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are considered final.


If you need to send a sign to be repaired please send an email to returns@brightneonsigns.com or call us at 1-800-928-6008 within 48 hours of receiving your order for authorization for a repair.

Business Neon Signs


Most Business neon signs are shipped so that the sign can be tested without removing it from the box. The sign must be plugged in and tested prior to removing it from the inner box. If the sign does not light, contact us immediately and do not break the seal on the inner box or remove the sign from the inner box or you will forfeit any claim for damage that may have occurred during shipping.

Neon Business signs not in stock usually take about 7-14 business days to make and are then shipped out via UPS ground or on a pallet via freight carrier.

Neon Beer,Sports & Bar Signs


  • We do not accept returns or refunds on our neon beer,sports or bar signs. All signs are packed to arrive unbroken but accidents do happen.
  • You must report any breakage to us within 48 hours of delivery of your neon beer sign.
  • Breakage not reported within 48 hours will result in all replacement units that need to be sent, will be at the expense of the customer.
  • Pictures may be required in certain instances in order to determine the extent of damage and the action that will be taken by Bright Neon Signs.
  • Neon Beer and Sport signs not in stock usually take about 15-18 days to delivery from our manufacture facility in China. Doing this keeps the cost down.



Warranty Policy - Business Neons


All Sales are Final!

(First 30 Days) - Please keep all original packaging for the duration of the warranty period. We warranty the signs against defects but not from shipping damages when a sign is not returned in the original boxes. If the original boxes are not kept, we cannot issue a return label. The customer will have to insure their package and file a claim on any damages. If we issue a return label and you do not return the item in its original packaging, we will charge you for any damages during the return transit and $35 for new packaging materials and boxes. We will collect these monies before we ship the sign back to you.

Warranties AFTER 30 Days:

  • The customer is responsible for getting their sign packaged and shipped back to us for repairs. Please be sure to insure the package to prevent further damage to your sign.



Transformers and electrical components carry a 1 year warranty.

Under warranty terms, customers will be responsible for the initial shipping (to our warehouse) for testing.

Upon initial arrival of product: All orders are guaranteed to arrive without breakage. If upon delivery (and following the instructions for testing) the product does not light, please contact support@brightneonsigns.com within 24 hours. A damage call tag will be issued with UPS for the pick up and return of the product for repair or replacement. UPS will pick up (within 72 hours) the damaged product for inspection and return the item to our warehouse after this routine inspection. Please allow 5-7 days to return the repaired, or a replacement, sign after we receive it.

All neon clocks & neon pictures carry 30 days warranty from date of purchase. Warranty does not cover customer negligence or physical damage. The warranty is based on the product being returned for evaluation in the original box. Product not returned in its original packaging will null & void the original warranty. In addition, the shipping fees and any repair charges will be the responsibility of the customer. You must contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization Number (RA #) prior to shipping the product back to us. Your return authorization number must be clearly visible on the outside of the carton that is being returned. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Please allow 2-5 days to ship the repaired, or a replacement, product.

Cancellations
We work hard to make sure that all our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you need to let us know the same day of the purchase. b>Please note that you cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped or on custom sign orders. Depending on your credit card's processes, it may take 5-7 business days before you see the credit on your statement. If you have any questions or concerns about your cancellation, please feel free to contact us.

Custom Neon Sign Orders
After you receive your custom neon sign, you have 48 hours to claim any discrepancies from the original design. If you don't contact us in 48 hours, you agreed the final Neon sign, matches 100% the original design.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Florida (7%).
